Hurts is a terrible passing QB

He hasn't been a good passer all year long, regardless of the opponent. Hurts is a great athlete and essentially a RB playing QB. To insinuate that Mangum wouldn't start over Hurts is an insult to Tanner Mangum, who will be playing QB in the NFL while Hurts is playing WR or coaching HS football.
