We nabbed a 2 acre lot there recently. It looks like we may move west and sell it soon. If you are interested, I can send you info. In general, though, I would look at south Erie, near I-25, or to the east if you want land. There are also a few lots with older homes in the very NE of Broomfield and Westminster, near I-25, between 149th and 156th, west of Huron. ( Thornton also has some spots like that. But W of I-25 is better. Most are on 2-5 acre lots and don't often come available. ) Most would be projects or pricey. There is a nicer one on the market now for around 800k, I think. A horrible one at more like 500 to 600k.
