If you search for my real name online, you'll never find me and I'd prefer to keep it that way. If I am tweeting about the latest presidential debate or political scandal or anything controversial, I don't want potential schools/employers or future patients to be able to easily access that information. Yeah, it may be who I am, but people will assign negative ideas to those topics, regardless of the viewpoints expressed.
