1. Because we have more talent and experienced coaching than UVU and USD

2. Because I assumed a veteran coach and talented roster could beat a talented roster with a 1st year head coach on a neutral floor against Valpo

3. Because I thought we would see a big difference in maturity, leadership and shot selection in Nick Emery from year one to year 2.

4. Because I had NO IDEA that Mika would come back as well as he did basically playing like an all league guy on day 1. That was a bonus that should have raised our teams abilities.

A coach with as much time as Rose should have been able to use that experience and ability to offset the inexperience to provide some advantage against a bunch of new coaches. This team has AT LEAST 2 losses it shouldn't have. It should be better.
