while he was at it.. pretty sure he totaled it anyway. Both vehicles met an an intersection going 40-45 mph. Truck rolled. Sent occupants to hospital. It was a messy/stressful night. Thought for sure BR would boot us after that, as I myself had had a fender bender just a year previous to that (~4-5k claim). Wasn't even a question. They paid up no questions asked. We've probably had 4-5 claims over the course of 20 years. To date, it's been extremely easy to work with them. Never had an issue with claims, regardless of fault. Always got as much or more than expected.

So yeah, unless some company completely blows their pricing out of the water for me personally, I'm not ever going away.
