Yep. Conferences have a chance at two things in March:
Earn more credibility, and benefit financially.
The chance at the former looms much larger for the conferences outside the Big 6. In particular, the 5 non Big 6 conferences (American, Atlantic 10, Missouri Valley, MWC, and WCC) that have the potential to get multiple bids can swing their fortunes quite a bit with NCAA success.
