At BYU they have practice, meetings, classes, homework, etc. And the strength and conditioning staff oversee over 100 players. You get more 1 on 1 time when you prep full time for the combine. And during football season your body is prepared differently for games (to last a full 12 or 13 game season) than it is for 1 day of non-contact workouts.
