He got us to our best bowl game ever and won that game. He'll forever be a cougar to me.
I imagine he doesn't feel all that connected to the program anymore. That happens. Not everyone stays close especially when they are a head coach at another school and possibly have to get recruits away from BYU. It doesn't bother me that he doesn't talk about BYU. All I care about is what he did when he was our QB.

He was never really a BYU guy. You can be at BYU but not be a BYU guy. Like Bronco or Dallin Leavitt. But I don't care
