Atkins makes candy bars with near 0 net carbs. They use sugar alcohols instead of sugar. Not cheap though.

Would love for them to catch on and bring in a ton of competition to drive prices way down. Also need way more snack foods like this, designed for the modern diet but without the sugars and net carbs.
