school?
Who is responsible for LES, the SFH, the MC, the Richards building, the IPF, etc.? If the AD paid for these facilities then do they have tho share them with the other colleges/departments at the university? Obviously tons of classes and departments are housed in these facilities, especially the Richards building.
Can the AD say no way to a soccer class being held in the IPF that they paid for?
