Kids from Davis Co that think they will "save money" by living at home and going to school
We live in Layton and I am amazed at the number of kids that go to Weber because they want to live at home and go to school. They feel like they will save money by not having to pay for room and board (which is true), but they don't factor in the costs of missing out on one of the most important parts of college----learning to be an adult, take care of yourself and interact socially with other kids your age.

These same young adults are struggling with things like dating, finding full-time employment after graduation and basically, just being adults. I see it way too frequently with the young adults in our area. The bishop of a local YSA ward tells me frequently about how concerned he is with the members in his ward that are simply "failing to launch".
