It doesn't make too much sense.
There will be two new stadiums in LA as well. Why make fans travel to Vegas when LA is probably closer.
There are different things to do in Vegas than LA, but if they are looking at team and fan expense those NEW LA arena's would be more appealing.

Put them in the PAC, and that will change I think. THe MWC does not exactly inspire excitement. See Utah.
