Credit goes to Gen X for actually trying to grind it's way out of the 70's.

Baby Boomers (by this I mean those who deserve that title with all its negative connotations) made a hip mess of things that would/will affect American culture for the ensuing century.

Millennials are starting to figure the culture thing out... partially because of seeing what "retiring" Baby Boomers are going through, and also partially because Millennials are having to foot the bill for the BB retirement party.

Oregon Trail Generation -small though it may be- could potentially be the next generation of leaders a) Gen X and BB's will suck up to, and b) Millennials will apathetically look to for working out societal and political issues and conflicts. Why? Because the OTG is aptly conditioned to combine old school methods with trendy high powered tech.
