I agree. Research does show that most customers prefer a little
negotiation. But most importantly, they want to feel like they got a good deal. The angriest customers are always the customers that the dealer didn't make any money on.

But what do I know? I'm just a crook!






Nevermind that most retailers have at least 40% markup and dealers are shooting for 10% as a best case scenario. A lot less on a new car.
