First, I hate it when people take their dogs everywhere with them. For example, half the people that walk up Rock Canyon in Provo bring a dog (or two) with them. Their dogs crap close to the trail and walk up to people to check them out. I hate seeing and smelling crap along the trail
I also think people shouldn't keep dogs in the house. I can always tell if someone keeps a dog in their house by the odor. It's not an overpowering smell, but it's always there. And I really hate it when people let their indoor dogs jump up on their furniture and worse--their beds! Gross. I don't want to sit on a couch that the family dog lounges around on regularly. By the way, I'm a "cruel" dog slave owner. She gets out twice a day for 30 minutes each time. But if I had a fenced yard she would be just as bored there as she is in her kennel. My dog actually likes to return to her kennel after going on walks with me. Yes, she would love to be in the house, but as I said, I think dogs belong outside.
