on leash park I don't want all these dogs running up to me standing on my stuff and just getting in the way.

The city I currently live in has a really popular park we hadn't been to yet so we thought we would check it out and enjoy the good weather. Instead we were mobbed by dogs for about an hour. There were at least 50 dogs there, and I didn't see a single one on leash. We had dogs come up to us nearly constantly, one laid on our blanket and slobbered all over it, and two dogs fought on our blanket. Not once did we notice an owner try to get their dogs not to bug people, or even seem to watch.

We have heard multiple reports of people dog napping dogs from that park, yeah well when you don't watch your dog and let them run around off leash what do you expect?
