I was running around liberty park in SLC several years ago and came up on a lady at the human drinking fountain assisting her dog in lapping up the water from the fountain (note there is a hose tap on the side she could have used). I'm not a confrontational person, but I couldn't help myself. I stopped, pointed a finger, and said "that is the most disgusting thing I have seen. Thanks to you I will never again be able to drink from the public human water fountain paid for in part by my taxes." Her mouth opened, but no words came out.

I'm totally with you on this one.
