Everyman All-American

They guarantee 4-year scholarships, in all sports.

If BYU doesn't offer the same guarantee, then it will continue to fall behind.

Doesn't have to be. It is that way for all NCAA sports. Unless the school offers says 4-years. Most are 1 year.
