An in-law is a relative by marriage.
My wife's sister's husband is a relative by double marriage. I don't think we have a term for that in English other than "my sister-in-law's husband." However, language evolves over time and it may change due to conventional use and tradition. "Y'all," after all, is grammatically correct.

I'll just keep calling him my brother-in-law and contribute to the evolution of the language.
