He’s mad about what one particular CB poster said about him so he responds by lashing out at CB posters in general? That’s counterproductive. He’s turning people off for no reason, including many who’d probably otherwise have positive feelings about him.
If he doesn’t think CB is powerful enough to affect his business, ignore it. If he does think it can affect his business, he should jump on here and say, “Hey guys, I love the enthusiasm on here etc., etc., and I actually wanted to clear up a few misconceptions about who I am and what I do...” He could easily get tons of free publicity and build some real goodwill on here. Going out of your way to alienate people is, from a business perspective, such an unforced error.
