I said multiple times. "Look, my address is fine. Ship it. Just do it."

"Are you calling because of your device and haven't received it yet?"

"No....I'm calling because you told me to call you back. For the third time. And by the way, you are calling me on a phone that is broken. If I didn't have google voice, I'd have no clue you guys were panicking. Why do you call a broken phone? Use my email address that you have had me confirm 4 or 5 times already".

"Ok, Mr. Bert. Is the problem that you haven't received your phone yet?"
