It was very childish. It had my address pasted about 15 times with "I'm re-verifying for you".

And in all caps I shouted for an English speaker to read this and told them that if they decided to use the USPS database for Fed Ex/UPS deliveries then obviously, a house that the USPS doesn't deliver to (PO Box instead) isn't going to be in my database.

I gave them my PO Box and said "Try that! It will probably work. But you can't SHIP to PO Boxes...so whattya gonna do about it?"
