just like a burger (I'm eating a burger, not a salad). A good quality hotdog (is that a real thing) can stay pretty simple. Enjoy the flavor and char. Help it out with a bit of a condiment. I think plain mustard is way more for kids than ketchup. I'll go halfway with him above... Dijon and ketchup. Doesn't have to be ketchup but it sure won't be yellow mustard and onions and all that crap.
