That would be an option, though we don't really like the home. I feel like if I'm going to overpay, I'd prefer to at
least be in a home that we actually like. It was shoddily built in the 2007-08 boom, and it shows (crooked walls, all the floor squeak like crazy, etc.). If the market were to tank in a year or two, we'd most likely be stuck with it.
