I wouldn't build unless its Santaquin or Springville in UT Co. Not all zip codes
Are maxed out in values yet. There are still a few areas that will increase in value til rates get closer to 5%. Find one that isn't tapped out and buy there. Signing a new lease right now will likely be a bad idea
