Our costco is adjacent to a wal mart and some days I need some stuff from wal mart so I slip in there after a costco run. The difference between the customers is bonkers startling.
What's interesting to me is the 50$ barrier to entry is enough for this STARK socioeconomic difference. In a lot of ways you can't afford to not be a costco shopper (Nuts, spinach, eggs, different kids snacks etc etc etc just sooo much cheaper at Costco)
I also have a sams club membership and it's closer to Costco customers than wal mart customers.
