It probably lasted 10 minutes or so. I was home alone, thought I was having a heart attack or something, so I called an ambulance and spent a couple hours in the ER. They ran all the tests and everything came back clean. They basically said it happens sometimes, it's not a big deal, and they don't always know what causes it. Could be stress related.
