All big name teams from different conferences that don't completely dominate their conferences but often win or compete for the title. They have down years every 2nd or 3rd year so we will likely not play them when they are all on a Peak year. Since they are in the upper echelons of their conferences we would always be in the national discussion if we were winning most of them. Boise St because they seem to be the darling of the non-P5 so beating them instantly shows we are atop the best of the non-P5 conference teams and puts questions over that sector of football to rest. No matter how they are playing if we beat all these teams in any year we would be considered top 10 and probably a National title contender.
