Returning to report on Dutch oven chicken.
It turned out pretty good but would make one adjustment. It needs some milk to make it more saucy. It was just a bit too think and rich. Otherwise, really good and we'll do it again for sure.
Here's what we did....

Brown chicken breasts (we cut ours in half for about 10 servings) in DO
Stir together then spread over chicken
2 cubes of softened cream cheese
1cup mayo
1 cup milk (next time)
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
15 oz can of artichoke hearts chopped
Small box frozen spinach (squeeze out water & chop)
2 cloves minced garlic
Salt, pepper, & parsley to taste

Used 6 coals on bottom & 8 on top for about an hour.
