I'm assuming because it's the opposite of what a lot of people push for.
"Trickle down economics" Where all the money goes to the top and that "creates more jobs and wealth for everyone." When this is the LITERAL definition of trickle down economics with the company letting profits spread more equally through their workforce, apparently creating a happier and better workforce inside the company.

I don't see how anyone could want this company to fail, unless they are literally more about the agenda then people's lives. It seems to work for them, and I'm sure a lot more people are better off because of it. It's a good thing.
