I have some friends that swear by it as far as losing weight, making one feel better, whiter teeth (yes, this was a claim), whiter whites of eyes, smoother skin, etc.... Mostly people do it to lose wt but it totally consumes their life. Sometimes they will do it 2 months in a row and then gradually convert it to a Paleo diet. I don't know all that much about it, other than it would be very difficult to eat out or grab a quick meal on such a diet. This is why I kind of shy away from these things, as they really aren't sustainable in the long term.
Anyone here do it Whole 30 or Paleo or both? Thoughts?
