I'd definitely axe 2-3 of those.
IMO all byu needs to do is get 2 more games against top 30ish teams. You replace Texas S and Niagara with teams like Louisville and Michigan state and suddenly the schedule is respectable. Big time teams would be thrilled to make room on their schedule for a one and done against byu. It wouldn't be hard to find games against elite teams.
