ok I see. its an unfortunate year for BYU when UVU is a road game and WEber
is a neutral, according to your criteria. Maybe BYU could plan better to make sure that the BYU fans get at least one of UVU and Weber every year.
And now I think I understand that you are not considering Utah to be a power team (even though they play in the PAC-12).
