As a Duke fan who's watched/loved both Ingram and Hood, I choose Ingram all day

Ingram is one of the youngest players ever in the NBA for the past few years. His progression is noticeable toward the end of the season. Also, he plays much better defense than hood. His arms are so long, he reminds me of a AK47/Rudy Gobert hybrid.
