This past year. Non weighted, he took a couple AP classes which
Brought his GPA down a little. What did him in was probably no 1)music/artistic 2) no student gov 3) no Eagle Scout. (Though he did do a month long service trip to Samoa)
He generally was not interested in those three things so if that's what BYU is looking for then probably best he didn't get in.
