I'm amazed at the reasons some people provide for 1-star reviews on Google.
We just moved in to a new area and I'm looking at reviews for a pizza/sub joint nearby. This 1-star review caught my attention:

"Used to like it, until tonight when they ran out of large sub rolls and refused to offer two mediums for the price of a large. I'm sorry but lack of planning on your part should not equal punishing your customer. Substituting two mediums would have given them a retail loss of about $5 (much less from a straight ingredient standpoint). Considering we used to spend as much as $200 a month at this restaurant, I think they could have spared 5 bucks for inconveniencing us. We won't be ordering from them again. That measly 5 just cost them a whole lot of business."

You are going to go from spending $200/month there to zero because they ran out of large sub rolls once?
