Exactly, "I'm giving this one star because it didn't come on time." Like that
has anything to do with the product you are supposed to be reviewing.
I also wish people would review hotel and restaurants based on what they are. Stop comparing the Days Inn to some 5-star resort hotel or the Sizzler to Ruth's Chris. I want to know how it compares to other hotels and restaurants in the same general category.
