I don't think Kalani would leave for money necessarily, except for what the
money would say about how he is valued in the coaching world, a la Moneyball.
If USC or another CFB blue blood is willing to pay you millions of dollars a year to coach for them it signals that you've reached the top of your profession. I could see him leaving for that reason.
