very hot. Just spent 2 weeks in the Alps (Swiss, Italian, Austrian), Croatia and Paris. Worst day of the trip was by far Venice (crowded, hot, overpriced, and not really a lot to do for more than a few hours), everyone else on the trip agreed that Venice was there least favorite. And for two of us it was a city we dreamed of going to for years. The novelty of the canal streets is about all there is. It would have probably been much better at a different time of year. Best was the Italian Alps.
