Hair and eye color didn't really matter, it was their ethnic background. IF
hair and eye color was so important Hitler wouldn't be the leader.
Blue eyed and blonde hair was kinda the ideal, but ethnic makeup was more important. If you were blonde and blue eyed jew you were still a jew, and thus inferior in his eyes. Same if you were a blonde haired and blue eyed slav, still inferior. But if you are brown haired brown eyed European "aryan" you are fine.
