Why kill all the light haired, light eyed Jews, seventh day adventists, Slavs etc and why allow all the dark haired dark eyed Germans to go untouched?

There had to have been a considerable amount brown eyed Germans, isn't brown eyes the dominant and most common eye color on the entire planet outside of Scandinavia?

To me his killing of Blonde haired blue eyed Jews and him partnering with Italy and spain tells me he took issue with the Jews from a cultural standpoint as opposed to a hair color standpoint. Otherwise he wouldn't be allies with Spain and Italy and he would have left the Blonde Jews untouched, right?
