I agree.
Movers aren't furniture arrangers, but putting the boxes in the proper rooms and putting furniture in a specific location are not problems.
And #2 is the big one to me. If your house isn't packed, then you don't need help moving, you need help packing. RS sisters may be willing to do so, depending on your circumstances, but if you're not ready, don't ask for our help.
