The complaint I had this last year in Oregon is that they dropped it in a
recognizable, but somewhat remote location, Canon Beach, a long way from most civilization and LDS populations in Oregon. I believe the person who got it wasn't even an Oregonian, but someone who was vacationing there. Kind of defeats the purpose of doing it in each state when it is done that way. And I have to admit, I was kind of angry about it.
