right now and with the appreciation we've seen in recent years, you can probably get a ton. We just did that, and were able to take out 105% of our value. Haven't told the kids yet, but we're going to Disneyland the week before school starts, and it's only 4.5% - way less than a credit card like many people probably do. You just have to be smart with your money and you can find ways to do these things.
