but I am pretty sure I am going to get it all back plus a HUGE return. But that is smart debt: leveraging everything you own so that when success knocks, I can open my (mortgaged) front door and welcome it in. That is different from incurring debt for consumer things like vacations.
I kind of wish my Plexus success were happening faster, because my wife had to get a third job as the night janitor at a bar to pay the mortgage payment on our house, but I know it is coming, especially once Frank starts selling under me.
