Not to delve deep into your personal life, but where do you see your income
going in the near future?
If you are on a track where it is going to increase fairly substantially over the next few years to $50k+ then can you manage for a year or so?
Health Care is certainly expensive, but another area to look at is career growth as well.
Hit it from both sides, income and outgo.
