not much else to say, it is the single hardest thing to do. You might be able to do any of those other things you listed although some of them are not even things that require any particular skill to do. You could never get a hit on a major league pitcher no matter how hard you tried and you certainly couldn't do it with any proficiency. In fact almost NO ONE can. if you can do it 3 times out of 10 attempts you make the hall of fame.
