Y4Life is partially right....
Having grown up in PC and now my parents moved to Heber after 30 years
Deer Valley is gong to create a resort / base by Jordanelle where the gondola currently is. There are talks that Veil will put a lift down into midway. This will create easy access to two ski resorts from Heber
On top of that Heber has golf, access to boating. It will not become Park City, but barring a recession that is a place I would put investment dollars in. If they can continue to improve the school district that will be huge
