UT co leads the nation in people per household and in the youngest average age
I'll look up the sources on that.

Edit. http://factfinder.census.gov/faces/nav/jsf/pages/searchresults.xhtml?refresh=t
Source shows that Provo has media age of 24.6 While the national median age is 37.2

I compiled some of this data last summer for several cities.

And this other related spreadsheet has the 2010 census data on household size. Provo metro is off the charts as an outlier here at 3.57 people per household when the state of Utah (highest nationally) is at 3.10 with CA coming in 2nd at 2.90. The national average people per household is only 2.58, essentially 1 fewer per household than Provo metro/Utah Co. Provo metro only has 11.7% of "householders living alone" (lowest figure I found) while national average is 26.7%.
