Can you clarify?

I've already gotten my global entry (which includes TSA pre check). I've already gotten my airport lounge Priority Pass. I've already used up my annual travel credit (twice within 12 months).

Do the Ultimate Rewards points stay in my account (and be redeemable) even if I don't have an active card?
